Apparently they were testing a pipeline when the chemical being used for testing caught on fire. Emergency units were called to the scene and the fire was extinquished. First call alerts were placed to residents within 1/2 mile of the refinery explaining that there was no need to evacuate. At 9:15 PM all units at the refinery were back online in full operational order.
